‍Delivery
‍For the Local Alice Springs area, orders must be received before 3pm local time for delivery that day, we offer seven day delivery in the local area of Alice Springs Phone a Flower is unable to provide notification to the sender or recipient at the time of delivery, delivery will be either am or pm no specific delivery time will be guaranteed. It is the senders responsibility to ensure the recipient is available to Accept delivery. For Tennant Creek, orders must be received before 1pm local time Monday to Friday, no delivery on Sunday, all deliveries to Tennant Creek must be picked up from the Bus Station unless specific delivery instructions are sent, the sender takes responsibility if by any way the order (Flowers) is damaged lost stolen or spoilt in transit to Tennant Creek and the recipient must pick up the delivery within one hour of arrival at Tennant Creek Bus Station, Phone a Flower will not replace or refund the order (Flowers) or delivery. For Uluru (Ayers Rock) Monday of that week before 3pm. Wednesday of that week before 3pm to be picked up from the resort one hour after delivery, the sender takes responsibility If by any way the order (Flowers) is damaged lost stolen or spoilt in transit or on arrival To Uluru (Ayers Rock)

‍Valentines Day and Mothers Day
‍Due to the high number of orders, internet orders must be received no later than 48 hours prior to Valentines day and Mothers Day. Delivery of flowers will be done on Valentines Day and Mothers Day at Phone a Flowers discretion, no time or am or pm will be given

‍All prices quoted on Phone a Flowers web site are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The transaction will be processed in Australian Dollars.

‍Colours and Availability
‍If  specific  flowers  or products become temporarily unavailable. Flower types, packaging or merchandise may need to be substituted to facilitate delivery of your order on time. If it is necessary for a Substitution to be made, products of equal or greater value will Be used. To ensure freshness of our products, lily stems may be closed when received.

‍Changes and Cancellations
‍Please make sure all orders are correct at time of ordering an order can be varied or changed with one business day notice, Please contact Phone a Flower on 08 89522346 the amount of your order will be refunded on your credit card. Orders cancelled after one business day notice period cannot be refunded. Due to high demand, some colours and varieties of flowers may need to be substituted to meet delivery times.

‍Export or legal restrictions
‍Flowers will only be delivered within the Northern Territory, Australia.

‍Severability
‍If anything in these terms and conditions is deemed unenforceable, illegal or void then it is severed and the rest of The Terms and Conditions remain in force
